CSA Concrete Expansive Agent Performance:
  1. As making shrinkage compensated concrete, if the ratio of reinforcement is 0.2%-1.0%, the limited expansive rate will be in the range of  0.02-0.04%, and a prestress of 0.2-0.7Mpa exists in the concrete.
  2. Comparing with the concrete without Expansive Additive I, in the condition of defined mixing amount, the free strength of the concrete with  Expansive Additive I is roughly equal to that of concrete without Expansive Additive.
  3. The limited strength is 10~15% higher than free strength. The impermeability grade of mortar and concrete can reach over S30.
  4. The elastic ratio closes to that of common concrete. Anti freezing: D150.
  5. Sulphate resistance of concrete is increased. No pollution to water.

CSA Concrete Expansive Agent Construction method:
1. Design concrete mixing ratio according to country’s related standard. Water proof concrete mortar ratio should more than 36%.
2. The mix ratio of anti-crack, anti-permeability and shrinkage compensation concrete is commonly 8%. The mixing ratio of post-puring concrete zone(strengthen concrete zone), filling concrete is 10%. The minimum concrete mix ratio is 30kg/m3 while the maximum mix ratio is 45kg/m3. Each project mix ratio depends on testing result and makes some adjustment. Concrete expansive additive can substitute same quantity cement. The sum of concrete expansive additives and cement is more than 320kg/m3.
3. Cement’s C3A content is different. When cement’s C3A content is above 8%, concrete expanding additive’s dosage should decrease in order to avoid concrete early strength loss excessively.

  1. For structural self-waterproofing construction.
  2. Effectively preventing cracking or leakage of concrete.
  3. To extend the space length of post casting zone of cast-in-place overlength structure.
  4.To control the crack producing result of temperature difference in large sized structural concrete.
  5. For rigid roofing. Making non-shrinkage cements.
