Application Performance of Sulphoaluminate Cement

The sulphoaluminate cement series can be used alone or in conjunction with ZB type sulphoaluminate cement special admixtures. It is widely used in emergency repair and construction projects, prefabricated components, GRC products, low-temperature construction projects, seawater corrosion resistance projects, etc.

Ⅰ. Sulphoaluminate cement has good setting performance

The setting and hardening time of sulfoaluminate cement can be adjusted according to the needs of users so that it can reach the required strength within a few minutes to a few hours. It is very suitable for the rapid repair of urban roads, highways, airports and other projects, greatly shortening the time of road closure, and has good social and economic benefits. The ultra-high-strength grouting material made of sulphoaluminate cement is applied to the grouting of the high-speed railway basin rubber bearing, and the design strength can be reached within 1 to 2 hours so that the next bridge can be erected, while the ordinary cement grouting material takes more than 24 hours to increase the bridge erection speed by more than ten times. Sulphoaluminate cement has played an important role in the construction of high-speed railways.

Ⅱ. Sulphoaluminate cement has good frost resistance

Ordinary cement concrete mixed with antifreeze can not freeze at 0 to 25°C, but it cannot be hardened, while sulphoaluminate cement concrete can harden normally at sub-zero temperature. Sulphoaluminate cement has played a key role in projects such as high-speed railways and winter construction.

Ⅲ. Sulphoaluminate cement has good resistance to sulfate corrosion

It can directly produce white and colored cement by adjusting the content of colored minerals (minimum), which can be widely used in decorative concrete, imitation stone and other products.
